Our Volunteers

 

GenuComm can only be as good as its volunteers. We take people that have expressed a genuine interest in learning to communicate better with people whose culture, worldview, or values are different from their own in order to foster better understanding between communities. We then provide training for different levels of communication strategies to provide confident communication at the beginning through advanced level surveys, training other volunteers and teaching seminars.  Only those who successfully complete the training are candidates to be approved be a Survey Representative for GenuComm.

 

If you are interested in volunteering with GenuComm, whether it be through surveying, establishing seminars, or brainstorming new ways to accomplish our goals, please let us know! We will let you know when we will be having training seminars in your area.
